Her journey began in adult care in 2010, where she built a solid foundation in patient support. She then transitioned to the fast-paced environment of the Pediatric ICU, honing her skills in high-stakes healthcare.
In 2023, Ashley shifted to hematology as a care coordinator, guiding patients and families through treatment plans. Her passion for this work deepened after helping her grandfather through a complex recovery from a stroke. She experienced firsthand how overwhelming care coordination can be, especially for those without a medical background. This inspired her to create CoreCare Coordination—a service that supports families like hers.
